The Competition Corvette Club of Michigan (CCCoM) was founded as the Michigan Chapter of the Competition Corvette Club, based in Toledo Ohio, by the following charter members: Roderick Grimes, Mike Cook, Robert Harris, and Wayne Little. Their primary goal is to ensure and protect the integrity of the established organization. To avoid any conflict of interest, all exceptions and any financial decisions from said exceptions are to be referred to the executive committee. Ownership of any trademarks, speedometer logo, websites, web addresses, etc., is not allowed without the approval of the executive committee. CCCoM is a 501c3 organization, and we strive in giving back to metro-Detroit area families and students by hosting and participating in local and national events focused on the Chevrolet Corvette, and our charitable foundations including the Paul Windham Scholarship Fund. We sponsor and host many events throughout the year, including our annual Chevy Corvette-only Spring Cruise, which is a police-escorted cruise from Matick Chevrolet in Redford to the Lingenfelter Collection in Brighton; we typically have over 250 Corvettes participating in the cruise, and the number keeps growing every year! We also host an annual Show & Shine at Fountain Walk in Novi; a car show with entertainment, awards, prizes, and a general meet and greet for ALL car, truck, and motorcycle types, much like a Cars & Coffee event. Additionally, we host wellness cruises, birthday and anniversary parades, as well as participate in many other events and activities sponsored by other metro-Detroit area Corvette clubs, owners and enthusiasts.
